Itinerary

1st Day : Guwahati Airport / Rly station to Hotel - Transfer

Meet and greet on arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station and transfer to Hotel. On arrival check in
to the hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

2nd Day : Guwahati to Cherrapunjee - Transfer and Sightseeing

After breakfast. visit Kongthong village (Guide Mandatory), nokalikai waterfalls Proceed to Cherrapunji ,
also called 'Scotland of the East"., check in at your hotel.. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

3rd Day : Cherrapunjee - Double Decker Living Root Bridge and Rainbow Waterfall Trek

After breakfast we proceed for a full day trekking to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge at Nongriat
Village. We have to trek down 3200 steps approximately each way to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge.
We can further trek down to the Rainbow Falls which take about 60 to 90 minutes from the Double Decker
Living Root Bridge. Evening return back to Cherrapunji.Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

4th Day : Cherrapunjee to Mawlynnong & Dawki - Transfer

After breakfast enroute visit bamboo trek. Evening transfer to Mawlynong Village . Overnight stay at
Mawlynong & Dawki.

5th Day : Mawlynnong & Dawki to Shillong - Sightseeing and Transfer

After early breakfast drive Shillong visiting Mawlynnong – “Asia’s Cleanest Village”. Mawlynnong offers
many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder
balancing on another small rock. Later proceed to Dawki, a small town near India Bangladesh border. Enjoy
breathtaking view of the Umangot River. Evening drive back to Shillong. Stay overnight at your hotel in
Shillong.

6th Day : Shillong to Guwahati - Sightseeing and Transfer

visit for nongjrong 2am & After breakfast visit Don Bosco Museum & Ward’s Lake. After that drive to
Guwahati. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

7th Day : Guwahati to Guwahati Airport - Airport drop

Kamakhya darshan With everlasting memories transfer to Guwahati airport/railway station for onward
journey.
