Check-In Time is 1200 Hrs. Check-out time is 1000 hrs. The Early Check-in and the late check-out would be provided based on availability and charges applicable.
Non-guaranteed reservation is liable to be released 21 days earlier to the intended date of arrival
Early Departure: The Entire night's retention charges will be applicable as per the agreed room nights
Room and rate are subject to availability and will change without prior intimation.
EARLY CHECK IN:
All arrivals before 08:00hrs are billed from the previous night.
Arrivals between 08:00-10:00hrs will be charged 50% of the applicable rate.
LATE CHECK OUT POLICY:
Check-outs between 10:00-12:00hrs will be charged at 25% of the room rate.
Check-outs between 12:00-14:00hrs will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
Any departures post 14:00hrs will be charged for the full night.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation policy for these reservations must be cancelled by 2 PM 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of full stay plus any applicable taxes & fees.
Cancellation penalty of entire nights plus any applicable taxes & fees applied for late cancellations & no-shows
Booking will be confirmed only on 100% advance payment. No rooms blocked as of now. Rooms will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Mandatory Requirement:
Kindly note that you will need to have a permit to enter the Island. The hotel shall assist with the same at an additional charge. The documents required will be as Below:
For Indian Nationals: Aadhar card copy and 2 passport-size photos.
For Foreign Nationals: Passport and a valid Visa Copy, and 2 passport-size photos.
The permit usually takes 10 days and is subject to the government approval policy.
